Cancellation Protocol

Our commitment to efficiency means orders transition from our digital studio to the tailoring floor almost immediately. This speed requires specific coordination from our members.

1. The 4-Hour Window

Order cancellations are strictly permitted within 4 hours of placement. This window allows us to halt the production and logistics process before garments are prepared for shipping.

To request a cancellation, please contact our concierge team at rjmenswear99@gmail.com with your order number as the subject.

2. Post-Processing Status

Once an order has entered our "Processed" or "Dispatched" phase, we are unable to facilitate a cancellation. At this stage, the standard return and exchange window will apply upon receipt of the items.

Refund Philosophy

1. General Returns

Due to the exclusive nature of our collections, we do not offer monetary reversals for subjective preferences, style changes, or sizing selections (unless the error is documented to be on our end). We provide extensive sizing guides and consultations to ensure your first selection is perfect.

2. Eligible Refund Exceptions

A full monetary refund to the original payment source will be executed ONLY under the following specific conditions:

• Successful cancellation within the 4-hour eligibility window.
• Temporary stock unavailability for a pre-paid order.
• Inadvertent double-billing for a single purchase.

Eligible refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the account utilized during the transaction.
