The Quality Mandate

At RJ Menswear, every garment is a testament to our commitment to excellence. We maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure that your selection is flawless upon delivery. Due to the high-end nature of our curations, we operate on a strictly controlled return and exchange protocol.

1. Eligibility Standards

Exchange requests are strictly limited to the following circumstances:

• Receipt of a garment with documented manufacturing defects.
• Damage sustained during transit (observed immediately upon delivery).
• Inadvertent delivery of an item not matching your order manifest.

2. The Validation Window

To uphold the integrity of our logistics, all claims must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made beyond this window are deemed invalid as we cannot verify the conditions of the garment's storage or handling post-delivery.

3. Initiating a Claim

The RJ Concierge requires the following to process an exchange:

• High-resolution digital imagery of the defect/damage.
• Imagery of the original packaging showing the shipping label.
• Explicit detail regarding the nature of the discrepancy.

4. Condition of Return

For an exchange to be approved, the garment must remain in its original state: unworn, unwashed, with all proprietary RJ branding and tags securely attached. Garments showing signs of perfume, laundry detergents, or wear will be excluded from the exchange protocol.

5. Resolution Protocol

Upon validation, we will initiate a priority pickup. Once the item is inspected at our atelier, we will dispatch a replacement garment. If the specific piece is unavailable, you will receive a concierge credit valid for the entire boutique collection.
